Factors such as weather, airflow, foot traffic, etc. all play a part in drying times. The most important factor is the equipment employed to do the actual cleaning. The use of a TRUCK MOUNTED UNIT is essential in providing the best job and quick dry times. We use state of the art truck mounted equipment to give you the best results. Typical dry times range from 2hrs to 8hrs, however high humidity and lack of airflow can extend these times.

We are happy to move items such as end tables, coffee tables, dining room chairs and other light furniture. We do not move large, heavy or electrical items. We ask that all breakables for example (lamps, picture frames, etc.) be removed prior to our arrival.

All major carpet manufacturers recomend Hot Water Extraction (steam cleaning) to properly maintain your carpets. The 4 step process is as follows. Step 1 is to thoroughly vacuum the carpet. 80% of the soil in carpets is dry and insoluble, so removing as much dry contaminents as possible is key. Step 2 we pre-treat the carpet allowing our cleaning solution ample time to dwell on the fibers which loosens and emulsifies the soils. Step 3 is an agitation process of the carpet fibers that breaks the chemical bond of soils from the carpet fibers. Step 4 we provide a HOT soft water extraction. This flushes and rinses the carpet removing the soils from your home with strong vacuum generated by our truck mounted cleaning unit. This leaves your home with clean, healthy residue free carpets!

Getting items off the floor in areas you would like to have cleaned will allow for a better more thorough cleaning. We ask that you remove all breakables prior to arrival.
